At OroVault, we want every moment spent with your loved ones to be full of joy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to ensure your shopping experience is stress-free and seamless.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
For us, you are the most important, and therefore items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some items due to their nature, such as perishable goods or custom items, are not eligible for returns.
How to Return:
After contacting our support team via email at trust@orovault.com, you will receive return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you may use any trusted courier service to send the item back.
Refunds
How to Get Your Refund:
Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed either fully or partially to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
Partial Refunds:
If the returned item shows signs of use or damage not caused by OroVault, a partial refund may be issued.
Late Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will either replace it for you or issue a refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and send us photos of the damage for verification.
Exchanges
We aim to send replacement items as quickly as possible for eligible exchanges. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
